Overview

The Defective Premises Act (Northern Ireland) 2024 has now received Royal Assent, affording residents of Northern Ireland with some of the protections available for defective dwellings in England and Wales. This event will explore the changes the legislation brings in together with the industry concerns. It will also explore the omitted legislation enjoyed in England and Wales.
