All of our Accredited Expert Witnesses are strictly assessed and monitored to ensure that they are able to discharge the role they are instructed to undertake to the correct standard.
To request an expert under the expert witness referral services, you can apply through the DRS2 application form below. We charge an administration fee of £425 inclusive of VAT to process this application. We will assess your needs and assign an expert witness with the appropriate expertise for your dispute. The process is straightforward, and our team is available to assist you every step of the way.
You are also able to source an RICS Accredited Expert Witness using the EWAS referral service. We charge an administration fee of £180 inclusive of VAT to provide the contact details of three Expert Witnesses. To access this service, please complete and return the Request for Contact Details Of Expert Witnesses application form.
