Being our next Senior Vice President is an opportunity to be part of a globally recognised professional body that is committed to effecting positive change in the built and natural environments.
We welcome applications from chartered members (FRICS/MRICS) of the profession, based anywhere globally. We are seeking candidates who will be engaging, strategic in their thinking, able to debate on global issues with trust and respect and inspire the next generations of surveyors. The ideal candidate will also need to engage with the profession and role model professionalism and responsible business practices, and feel comfortable interacting with senior figures from related sectors, international institutions and governments.
As you progress through the roles of Senior Vice President, President Elect and President respectively, your involvement in RICS will grow and develop. We will provide the necessary support to help you effectively fulfill these roles.
At RICS we are committed to valuing diversity and promoting equality. Our appointments processes adhere to equal opportunities principles. We welcome applications from suitably qualified candidates from all backgrounds regardless of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation, and we particularly welcome applications from groups which are currently under-represented.
“RICS is committed to improving the experience of members, attracting the next generation, meeting future challenges and maintaining trust in the profession. Over the next three years as Senior Vice President and, ultimately, as President, you can ensure we serve our members and the public effectively and efficiently.”
Tina Paillet FRICS
