The Regulatory Tribunal deal with a range of cases including disciplinary and registration (readmission to membership) cases.  This may include cases referred to it following investigation, for more information on the disciplinary process & investigations, see Disciplinary process & investigations (rics.org).   The Regulatory Tribunal considers cases referred to it in accordance with the Rules produces by SRB, which can be found here Regulatory Rules (rics.org). The Regulatory Tribunal make decisions in accordance with SRB issued Policy and Guidance which is published.
