As one of our new RICS Board Committees, The Knowledge and Practice Committee is responsible for overseeing the advancement of knowledge and professional practice. This includes developing the provision of advice and information, training and professional development materials and the sharing of best practice and training and development opportunities for members. Reporting to the RICS Board, the Committee will support the implementation and development of technical standards (providing input to the Standards and Regulation Board) and assist in amplifying the voice of the profession.
The Committee is supported by Professional Group Panels for the sectors below. Each Professional Group Panel will be comprised of 8 – 12 members from the relevant professional groups.
We are taking applications for the Commercial PGP only.
RICS is looking for engaged and passionate qualified RICS members to serve on the RICS Commercial Property Professional Group Panel.
Your energy and expertise will help implement the RICS strategy, shape the future of the profession and provide a bridge between RICS and its members. The Commercial Property PGP has space for 2-4 new members and is particularly interested in hearing from those based in the UK but operating outside of London, and/or in Europe; those working in agency and/or FM; and/or those with experience of retail / industrial / alternative / public sector assets.

Only qualified members are considered for the Professional Group Panels.
