Join our Professional Group Panels

We are taking applications for the Commercial PGP only.

RICS is looking for engaged and passionate qualified RICS members to serve on the RICS Commercial Property Professional Group Panel.

Your energy and expertise will help implement the RICS strategy, shape the future of the profession and provide a bridge between RICS and its members. The Commercial Property PGP has space for 2-4 new members and is particularly interested in hearing from those based in the UK but operating outside of London, and/or in Europe; those working in agency and/or FM; and/or those with experience of retail / industrial / alternative / public sector assets.

To apply for a role in the Commercial PGP, please download the Application Process, Role Description, and DEI monitoring form below. Submit your application with your RICS member number, your CV and completed DEI monitoring form to pgp@rics.org by end of day on 28 February 2025.

To register your interest in one of the other panels (Building Surveying and Building Control, Construction, Land and Natural Resources, Residential or Valuation) please send your name, email and RICS member number along with the name of the panel you wish to join to PGP@rics.org.

Only qualified members are considered for the Professional Group Panels.

We will record your interest and contact you to apply should a space arise within that panel. Please read the role description from the downloads below to familiarise yourself with the expectations of the role.
