Overview
The RICS Profession Support and Assurance team are running a FREE online Red Book Compliance workshop. This workshop will be held between 10 am until 1 pm and will be delivered through Microsoft Teams.
The aim of this workshop is to support you in creating an audit trail by meeting the requirements of the RICS Valuation – Global Standards {Red Book} and Rules of Conduct. This counts as three hours formal CPD. In addition, from 2pm-3pm there is 1 hour workshop session in the afternoon focusing on the Home Survey Standard. Please do attend if you are available, or forward to another VRS Valuer in your firm who you think would benefit.
The workshop will cover
- Examining why it is important that an Audit Trail is created
- Explaining how the Audit Trail is created
- Discussions and interactions on your risk mitigation as a Valuer
- Signposting of where to get further support
- Examining the Home Survey Standard in a Valuation context
