The RICS Matrics Surveyor Awards celebrate the exceptional talent and achievements of the next generation in the surveying profession. Now in its 12th year, the Awards continue to honour outstanding contributions to the surveying industry.

We encourage you to submit your nomination and help us recognise excellence and innovation in the field. Each nomination will be carefully assessed by a panel of expert judges, and the winners will be revealed at the awards ceremony in November 2025.

Awards process

Read the Awards entry guidelines and criteria in the available resources to download.

Industry experts will judge the awards. Internal judges will shortlist categories, then external judges will assess each one. Winners of pathway awards (excluding Mentor of the Year, Apprentice of the Year, Sustainability Champion of the Year, and Ambassador of the Year) will proceed to overall judging for the RICS Matrics Surveyor of the Year Award.
