RICS Matrics Lancashire are providing online support sessions for Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) candidates. This week, Tom Wignall of Wignalls will be delivering a session on Commercial Tenancies.
Those attending the session are asked to prepare questions for the Q&A session which will follow the presentation.
Candidates at any stage or pathway are welcome to join.

In addition, The RICS Candidate Support Team in your region provide free-of-charge support to candidates on all routes to assessment, including APC, Assoc and Senior Professional. Their support includes drop-ins, 1-2-1 advice and guidance, online resources, podcasts and webinars.
