Join RICS Matrics Birmingham for our second CPD event of the year in partnership with Knights.
Property development and planning lawyers Chris Dingley and Stuart Tym look at what can go wrong when negotiating long term interests in development land.
They will be sharing their experience in negotiating what can at first seem straightforward legal agreements but are often fraught with hidden dangers.
The aim of the session is to educate and teach best practice when encountering options and promotion agreements. It will be suitable for all levels of experience.
Arrival will be from 17.30 for a prompt start at 17.45. The presentation is expected to finish at 18:45 with an opportunity for networking, food and drinks thereafter.
