Featuring a panel of technical experts drawn from the built environment, this webinar will cover the use of expert witnesses during an arbitration and highlight the importance of choosing an expert who is not only technical qualified but also has international experience and exposure, sound knowledge of the arbitral procedure, and best practice when acting as an expert. This webinar will refer to both MEA and international examples, given the global experience of the panel.
