Tour Details

Navigating the Lee Gardens Area to experience the harmonious blend of old and new, from towering skyscrapers to low-rise tenement buildings. This journey immerses you in the cultural contrast and diversity in Lee Gardens Area through the eyes of placemakers, seeing the integration of fashion, trends, sustainability, spatial design, and architectural elements, all while learning how the area is curated and poised for the generations to come.

• Limited places available, plants will be prepared based on the participants number accordingly, therefore once registered, if you are no longer available for joining the tour, you MUST inform RICS for cancelling the booking at least 3 days prior to the tour day; failure to do so will impact your bookings of future free events with RICS.
• This event opens to RICS members and enrolled candidates for free.
• This event will be conducted in Cantonese supplemented by English.
• RICS will send over reminder email around 1 week before the tour day.
• No walk-in is allowed on the event day.
• Participants will be meeting at 15:30 on the day and do on-site sign-in with RICS Staff. Tour will be starting at 15:45, no late-comers will be picked up.
• Should the event status need to change/cancel, we will communicate with all parties immediately.
