UK offices update

We are pleased to announce a number of positive developments regarding RICS offices across the UK.

The new Edinburgh office will open on 9 June 2022, at a launch event for members and firms at 10 Charlotte Square in celebration of this welcome news. RICS President Clement Lau, RICS CEO Richard Collins and RICS Scotland Chair Richard Burnett will all be in attendance.

Elsewhere, we are also happy to confirm that offices in Belfast and Cardiff will reopen soon, providing central, bespoke spaces for members to network and conduct business. In Birmingham, the member space at 55 Colmore Row will be relocated to the building’s 5th Floor, allowing us to maintain a dedicated area for members to collaborate and work.

Finally at our HQ in London a member-led working group, led by several past RICS presidents, has been collaborating with the RICS Workplace team on plans for Great George Street. The aim is to make the best use of the space available to create more opportunities for member engagement in future. Watch this space for more updates.
