This course is intended to provide you with an overview of the NZS 3910:2013 construction contract and what’s new with the 2023 reflecting the new requirement. You will, through exercises, begin to understand the key concepts and format of the document. Presented by Sue Morse – FRICS, Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager with 30+ years in the Construction industry - both Contractor and Client roles.  Sue has been involved in the resolution of many disputes, both formal and informal, and gained valuable insight on how to avoid disputes and to resolve them once they have occurred.  She has been involved at both pre-contract and post contract administration stages of contracts, across many aspects of the industry giving her a wealth of knowledge and solutions to common problems.
