RICS Conflict Avoidance Process (CAP)

The RICS Conflict Avoidance Process (CAP) encourages parties to resolve early, quickly and in a cost-effective manner issues which have the potential to grow into expensive disputes. It is a fresh new approach to the better management and avoidance of disputes, and it is gaining traction around the world. In 2023 we were approached, separately, by two of the UK’s largest infrastructure organisations wanting to utilise CAP. We appointed technical experts to help the organisations manage and resolve a wide range of issues.
