This seminar includes an update on changes to the Global Red Book and International Valuation Standards from RICS representatives, highlighting the rationale for the changes and opportunities to innovate practice to meet the new requirements including ESG, and a Panel Discussion which invites the local experts to discuss the current ESG issues and implication to the Hong Kong market.
