Overview
Paul Marley will be presenting on Liquid Applied Waterproofing.
This session will cover the 4 main driving factors that have facilitated the recent move in favour of liquid roofing products as opposed to traditional sheet goods.
- The need to reduce risk of fires during installation.
- The need to eliminate potential weak points (detailing & laps).
- Increasingly bold designs using curves and angles.
- The increasing lack of qualified hot works applicators and a reduction in their skill levels.
We will also cover recent changes in legislation for operatives using liquid applied waterproofing amongst the usual case studies etc.
This session is suitable for those already chartered, preparing for their Final Assessment and those who are at the start of APC journey. The session is open nationwide.
