Investigation into Moisture and Thermal Performance of the Built Environment in relation to the Home Survey Standard and Joint Position Statement.
Liam Mainstone BSc (Hons) PGDip Surv AssocRICS of RTP Surveyors Ltd discusses the minimum reporting requirements of the Home Survey Standard in relation to moisture and thermal performance together with the requirements of the Joint Position Statement on Investigation of moisture and its effects on traditional buildings.
This CPD session will focus on;
- Distinguish differences between HSS and JPS
- Examine the minimum requirements for reporting on energy requirements
- Discuss the breadth of properties and situations that moisture and thermal performance are applicable to
- Examine and discuss measuring moisture and thermography
- Analysis of data collection and interpretation
- Review and open discussion on individual cases
