The latest Quarterly Global Performance report is now live and ready to download.

RICS’ Global Quarterly Performance reports are intended to give professionals, interested stakeholders, governing council and employees a high-level overview of the organisation’s operational performance every three months. They are an important element of our commitment to transparency, supplementing annual opportunities to hear about RICS’ performance including the Annual Review and AGM.

The Q2 report covers RICS’ performance from April to June 2024. It highlights our continued progress towards strategic objectives, developments on standards, thought leadership, membership and corporate performance.

During the second quarter of 2024, RICS’ position as an industry leader and standard setter was confirmed in May when King Charles III agreed that royal patronage of RICS would continue.

In the same month, we completed recruitment of a permanent Standards and Regulation Board (SRB). The five RICS and five independent members were selected from almost 300 high-quality applications. They are now working with SRB Chair Nigel Clarke on our programme to strengthen the public’s trust in our profession.

This quarter, we also saw an increased number of applications for both RICS Governing Council and Senior Vice President driven by improved member engagement. Both appointment process will complete later this year.

Member Engagement activity
