Overview
With the recent Phase 2 Report from Grenfell, we have noticed a lot more discussions around ‘Fire’, both in the construction industry and in our own personal lives. We thought it was important to have a seminar presented around ‘Fire’ so people are more aware of legislation and risk. This seminar will talk about and discuss the following:
- Communal Area Painted Surfaces – Assessing the risk
- Building Regs Fire Performance Requirements for Communal Area
- Fire Regulations (RRFSO)
- Research into rapid flame spread across multi later painted surfaces
- How to deal with the problem via Fire Risk Assessments
The seminar will then finish with a summary and questions.
Lunch will be provided!
