RICS Matrics South Wales: Networking - Beaujolais Day

RICS Matrics South Wales is pleased to announce the return of our Beaujolais Day event. At one minute past midnight on the third Thursday of each November, over a million cases of Beaujolais begin their journey across France with a race to get the first bottles to different markets across the globe.

RICS Matrics South Wales acknowledges that this is a big event in the world of property and construction and would therefore like to invite our members to join us at The Welsh House to enjoy an afternoon of eating and networking with colleagues and peers.

Tickets entitle the booker to a £50 valued offering which consists of: 

• Exclusive access to the restaurant and private bar
• A 3 course meal 
• A glass of Beaujolais Day wine. 

The event has been sponsored by Glyndwr Consulting Ltd in full and money generated from ticket sales will be donated to charity.

On booking you will be asked to choose the menu you prefer. The details of this are:

Menu Option 1 (Beef): 

Starter: French onion soup, croutons and Caerphilly cheese

Main: Welsh beef a la Bourguignon, creamy mash, buttered carrots

Dessert: Baked vanilla cheesecake, Welsh honey butter, honeycomb (V)

Menu Option 2 (Chicken):

Starter: French onion soup, croutons and Caerphilly cheese

Main: Pan fried chicken supreme with creamy mash with fine green beans with a tarragon mushroom and red wine sauce Oven baked

Dessert: Baked vanilla cheesecake, Welsh honey butter, honeycomb (V)

Menu Option 3 (Vegan/ Vegetarian): 

Starter: Beetroot, Pant Ys Gawn goats cheese cream and basil oil (V/VEa)

Main: Aubergine Parmigiana, aged Italian hard cheese, garlic sourdough bread, tomato sauce (V, VEa)

Dessert: Vegan Brownie
