Overview

Join us for an event aimed at introducing construction industry professionals to the world of apprenticeships and explaining how engaging with this process can be advantageous for your company.

The session will also explore ways in which you can best interact with your local university to ensure they are producing the best apprenticeship graduates for your needs.

There will also be an opportunity to tour and find out more about The Simulation Centre, the most advanced interactive people training and development centre in the UK.

Speakers

Naomi Northey, Apprenticeship Contract Manager, Coventry University Apprenticeships

Naomi will explain what a degree apprenticeship is and how it works.

Dave Roberts, Associate Head of School for Marketing and Recruitment. School of Energy, Construction and the Environment, Coventry University

Dave will provide an overview of the industry employment pipeline - what is it and what are we looking for? He will also lead a discussion on the engagement processes and how we can all work together to make this happen.
