The Panel heard a case against Richard Kingston by way of written representations and considered whether Mr Kingston may be liable to disciplinary action under Bye-Law 5.2.2(d) by reason of having been convicted by a Crown Court of the following offence:
On 21 December 2016, Mr Kingston was convicted of 2 counts of falsifying, concealing, destroying or disposing of a document relevant to a complex/serious fraud investigation and was sentenced to twelve months imprisonment.
