The Regulated Member has admitted the following breach of the rules of conduct, and accepted liability for disciplinary action and the imposition of Regulatory Compliance Order for the following:
Between 1 January 2022 and 1 February 2023, the Regulated Member failed to comply with RICS’ requirements in respect of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in that the Regulated Member did not complete and record, or caused to be recorded, at least 20 hours of CPD on the RICS CPD portal.
Outcome: Regulatory Compliance Order (RCO)
This requires the Regulated Member to pay a fine of £300, contribute £100 towards the cost of investigation and agree to publication of a summary of the Order for a period of 12 months.
