On 08 January -16 January 2024 a Disciplinary Panel heard five charges against Mr Webb, all five charges were found proved. The Disciplinary Panel imposed that Mr Webb be expelled from Membership of RICS.

Mr Webb appealed the Disciplinary decision which was heard by an Appeal Panel on 03 June and 04 June 2024. The Appeal Panel dismissed Mr Webb’s appeal. The Panel also made order to costs in favour of RICS.
