Future of Living Theatre

10 years ago now but the recommendations are still frighteningly widely craved by all: a speeded-up planning process and new government powers to force local councils to produce and follow housebuilding plans. What lay at the heart of Labour’s 180-page review published in 2014 is asked for now, the only difference is the need for many more than the previously recommended 200,000 new homes to be built each year.

Hear from RICS as we discuss the launch of our housing thought leadership report, reviewing the economy models to deliver affordable, high quality homes.

Panel:
Charlotte Neal MRICS, Director of Surveying Standards, RICS
Sir Michael Lyons
