RICS Wales Member Engagement Event Cardiff and Seasonal Buffet

Overview

The RICS Wales Board will be hosting a CPD Event with seasonal buffet lunch at the prestigious Parkgate Hotel, Cardiff, on Tuesday 3^rd December from 9:30.

We will be joined by Jason Hyett, Project Director, Rightacres, who will be sharing his experiences of developing the area in front of Cardiff Central Train Station, including the BBC Studios and the Transport Hub.

In addition, we will hear about recent RICS policy updates from Sam Rees, Senior Public Affairs Officer, along with updates from his recent meetings with Welsh Government.

The seasonal buffet will be served with wine from 12:30.

We will also be Joined by Matt Haynes who has been appointed as Chair of the RICS Wales Board. Matt has Chaired the South Wales Matrics Committee for the past 3-years and is keen to take a step-up and face new trials. He would welcome conversations on how he can make a positive impact for members and the industry in Wales.
