Matthew is a chartered Quantity Surveyor specialising in delivering large, complex projects, typically over £1 billion. He has led both site-based delivery teams and pre-contract cost teams, consistently driving performance and value improvements for clients on major international projects. Matthew is from the UK but has also worked on major programmes in Russia, Netherlands and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He has worked on a mix of asset types, with his work in KSA focused on projects for Misk, King Salman Park and Diriyah Company
Director, Real Estate and Major programmes Lead, Middle East, Turner & Townsend
Mark is a programme management specialist with decades of experience across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. He has spearheaded some of the largest and most complex programmes in the aviation, rail, power, and new city infrastructure sectors, including Heathrow, Abu Dhabi, and Schiphol Airports. Joining Turner & Townsend in 2017, Mark led the PMO for Schiphol Airport’s Capital Programme. His exceptional leadership and strategic vision led to significant successes, prompting his return to the Middle East in 2020 to bolster Turner & Townsend’s emerging business in the Kingdom. Currently, Mark serves as the Head of Middle East Real Estate and Major Programmes, and is the Key Client Lead for Diriyah Company, where he continues to drive excellence and deliver transformative projects.
Director, Contract Services Lead, Saudi Arabia, Turner & Townsend
Ali heads Turner & Townsend's Contract Services division in Saudi Arabia. A Civil Engineer by profession, he has over 24 years of experience in contract, claims management, and dispute resolution across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. Ali actively contributes to the industry, having served on the Committee for the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UAE Branch) from 2012 to 2020, and continues to support the Institute by mentoring candidates towards Membership and Fellowship.
