Freddie Luke FRICS
Senior Cost Manager, Neom
Freddie is a Chartered QS with 33 years’ experience working for Cost and Commercial Consultancy organizations in the UK, Ireland and Middle East construction and property industry spanning infrastructure, real estate, and oil and gas. Freddie is currently studying a Masters in Global BIM Management.
