Overview

Join the next RICS Hungary Housing Leaders Forum during which experienced market players will discuss how they have managed to build rental property portfolios over the past few years, and what their key business and utilization experiences have been. Let us discuss the anomalies in the regulatory environment: What aspects of the current system, where private individuals/households rent out and lease properties, are holding back progress? How can the large stock of vacant housing be better utilized to improve the housing situation? Additionally, how can a sensible and efficient system be developed for institutional players that ultimately benefits everyone (a "win" for investors and a "win" for renters)? Lessons learnt from successful project examples (private rental & student housing).

Looking forward to seeing you there.
