Chair the RICS China Regional Advisory Board Opens for Application

The RICS China Regional Advisory Board is launching the application process for the selection of a new Chair to lead its members. The position is open to RICS qualified members who speaks Chinese well, working or residing in China only. 

RICS中国区理事会正在启动主席的申请程序，新当选的主席将领导中国区理事会的其他成员。该职位对在中国工作或居住、并通晓中文的RICS正式会员开放。

The role of the RICS China Regional Advisory Board is to assist in the implementation of local activity plan(s) which form part of the RICS Asia Pacific Regional Business Plan. The Board will contribute to the promotion of growth in market recognition of RICS standards, provide market insight and intelligence to inform overall strategy, enhance the recognition and profile of RICS throughout China as well as promote local member engagement within the region.

RICS中国区理事会的作用是协助实施当地活动计划，这些计划将构成RICS亚太区域业务计划的一部分。理事会将为促进RICS标准的市场认可度做出贡献，为整体战略提供市场洞察和分析，提高RICS在中国的认可度和知名度，并推广区域活动以促进本地会员的参与。

We are looking for an active volunteer with chair leadership skills who has a solid can-do attitude, who is motivated to invest time and effort to assist in the development of RICS objectives and strategy. The successful candidate will be expected to participate with RICS staff to create confidence in markets and be known for effecting positive change in the built and natural environments. 

我们正在寻找一位具有主席级别领导技能的积极志愿者，他应当有坚定的积极进取精神，有动力投入时间和精力来协助RICS目标和战略的发展。成功的候选人将与RICS工作人员一起，建立市场信心，通过为建筑和自然环境产生积极变化而赢得广泛赞誉。

Time commitment 时间投入

The board regularly meets, every quarter, online or in a central location in the Region. Meetings are held in alignment with the Asia Pacific World Regional Board Meeting. Since the board is very active, a commitment of at least eight (8) hours per month (excluding travel) is expected from the chair in order to perform their duties.

理事会每季度定期以线上或在该区域的核心地点举行会议。会议与亚太区理事会会议同步举行。由于理事会成员非常活跃，预计主席每月至少要投入八（8）小时（不包括差旅）来履行职责。
