Valuation of medical centre and surgery premises 3rd edition

RICS is carrying out a public consultation on the update to the Valuation of medical centre and surgery premises 2^nd edition.

Summary of the updates since the previous edition:

Full update of the content including legislative changes in the NHS Framework and BMA guidance.
Addition of Sustainability and ESG section.
Addition of a designated Appendix relating to Scotland, and Wales, and now incorporating additional information in respect to Northern Ireland, highlighting any key variations in guidance from England.
Further guidance on the practice of ‘top up’ rents in the sector.
Updating of measurement practice in the sector.
Signposting to updated relevant RICS valuation guidance.
Signposting to updated RICS DCF guidance content.
Signposting to updated RICS ESG guidance content.
