The RICS East of England Regional Board, is looking for new Members. Applications are invited from all RICS qualified professionals who are interested in joining the RICS East of England Regional Board.
The role of the RICS East of England Regional Board is to assist in the implementation of local activity plan(s) which form part of the RICS UK & Ireland World Regional Business Plan. The Board will contribute to the promotion of growth in market recognition of RICS standards, provide market insight and intelligence to inform overall strategy, enhance the recognition and profile of RICS throughout the East of England, as well as promote local member engagement within the region.
Attendance
The Board meets four times per year online or in a central location in the Region. Since the Board is very active, a commitment of at least eight (8) hours per month (excluding travel) is expected from Regional Board members in order to perform their duties.
Non-executive members drawn from the RICS membership are not remunerated at present. All non-executive members will be reimbursed for expenses incurred in the performance of his/her duties in accordance with the RICS Expenses Policy.
