The next edition of our biannual Survey of the Profession has launched.

The Survey provides an opportunity for members to share their thoughts and opinions on what you would like to see prioritised and delivered through the RICS agenda and contribute to our transformation and work for public advantage.

Whatever stage of your career, your voice matters and is a vital catalyst to our service delivery, progression, and success. Your responses will help shape our organisation and enable us to fulfil our purpose of creating a world class globally recognised professional body that is designed to effect positive change in the built and natural environments.

What we have achieved together

Your previous feedback has already contributed to additional member-engagement resources across the UK and global markets that deliver increased levels of engagement opportunities and strengthened our service delivery.

Previous responses have also helped us to work on a simpler, fairer, and clearer subscription model with no changes to member subscription fees for 2024 following the decision made by Governing Council.

Further changes to align our efforts to support members and drive global relevance are underway as we move into Q4.

Since the last survey:

  • 1,760 members have attended CPD member engagement webinars.
  • 60 free face-to-face networking events held globally, with 1,986 members in attendance over 28 countries.
  • 1,140 members engaged in Global and Regional Conferences.

“By completing Survey of the Profession today, you can shape the future of RICS as a member-led institution with public interest at its heart and help ensure it provides the right support for your vital work. Your views really matter, so please share your insights before 17 November, and help lead the change we want to see in our profession and the institution in the years ahead.”
