Overview
This free face-to-face CPD session is being run by Tim Davies MRICS, one of the newest members of the Wales Board at the RICS Office in Cardiff.
Tim is a chartered surveyor, valuer and expert witness with 38years professional experience.
Only 12 places are available which will allow for in-depth group discussion and analysis on the signs, symptoms and most common causes of structural defects, and the role of the surveyor in their investigation and repair.
The session will look at building movement, settlement and its various stages, and subsidence.
Sandwiches and light refreshments will be available.
