- 16:00 – 17:30 Introduction of the project followed by a tour of Independent Living, Assisted Living, Club house, Restaurants and Rehab Center, by Joe Sham, CEO, Ventria Residence

- This event is in-person with limited places available.
- Multi-booking or walk-in on the day is not allowed.
- RICS will send over event confirmation/reminder email around 1 week prior to the event if your registration is successful, please ensure you read the full information in the email.
- All participating members shall arrange their own transport to the venue.
- Late comers will not be picked up on the day.
- No insurance policy will be arranged for the participants by RICS, members may consider taking out their own insurance policy to cover their own risks.
- Should the event status need to change/cancel, we will communicate with all parties as soon as possible.
