Join us for a comprehensive seminar to talk through how to select suitable dispute resolution methods across various project period with experience sharing on navigating towards the success of dispute resolution in HK. You'll also learn about the vital role of expert witnesses in a dispute where very often being overlooked or misunderstood.

Ivy Lam, Director at Ankura (Claims Advisory and Expert Witness), FRICS, MCIArb, MSc(Double Majors), BSc(Hons), Practicing Mediator, Accredited Construction Adjudicator and Accredited NEC4 ECC Project Manager, Visiting Lecturer at University.

At RICS, Ivy is the Qualification and Assessments Committee member (Global Wide), Fellowship Assessment Panel member (Hong Kong), and APC Auditor, Chairperson, Assessor, Mentor and Counsellor.
