Jack Norton MRICS

Jack is a Director of Schofield Surveyors Limited and specialises in neighbourly matters and property related disputes. He is a member of the RICS Boundaries and Party Walls Panel Working Groups and co-author of the 7th Edition of the RICS Professional Standard on Party Wall Legislation and Procedure, currently working on the drafting of the 8th Edition. He is part of the expert working group and co-author of the 4th Edition of the Professional Standard on Boundaries. In addition to his surveying work, Jack is a CEDR Accredited and Civil Mediation Council Registered Mediator, regularly mediating disputes concerning boundaries. He is one of the mediators on the RICS and Property Litigation Association Boundary Disputes Mediation Service, and the RICS Neighbour Dispute Service.
