- The effect of early warning notices on the assessment of compensation events
- Notifying compensation events (time periods, what is good notice and when does the specified time to notify commence)
- Stating assumptions when effects of a compensation event are uncertain
- Assessing the effect on the Completion Date and Key Dates (updating the programme and who owns the float)
- Assessing the effect on the Prices (inclusion for risk allowances, definition of Defined Cost, importance of Working Areas)
- What is the ‘dividing line’ and should assessments take into account actual cost even if a forecast should be used
- The effect of implemented compensation events
