Mark your calendars! The date for the next Dilapidations Conference is the 18 March 2025.

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the participants, sponsors, and collaborators whose contributions ensured the Dilapidations Conference on March 26, 2024, was a great success. Transitioning back to an in-person format this year infused the event with a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere, particularly with the presence of over 350 delegates! It was truly delightful to connect with each and every one of you, and I'm thrilled to learn that numerous attendees relished reuniting with familiar faces and forging new connections.

Overview of the 2024 event

The 2024 conference  focused on updating dilapidations specialists on the latest commercial property market trends, inherent defects and topical issues, as well as key tips on how to advise your clients on the best type of lease, from how to limit liability before a lease is entered into or how to reduce any potential claim before the end of a lease term

The conference closed with an inspiring session on the art of negotiation – a critical skill for all involved in dilapidations.
