This is an online course that you can study in your own time. There are six modules, plus an exam at the end of the course. In each module, you have access to eLearning, reading, case study and a quiz. You also have access to live online consolidation sessions, where a tutor will take you through the module, case study and any tricky elements of learning. Each module is expected to take you one month. You are given one month to complete your exam and a further month to complete any outstanding work. After this time, the course will end, and you will no longer have access to these materials.

Tim Jones FRICS, MBA, B.Sc, MRPSA

Tim Jones has over 30 years senior level experience of building surveying, construction project management, property development, business coaching and climate change in the public, private and voluntary sectors. He has delivered construction projects worth over £500M in a wide range of areas including leisure facilities, housing, museums, theatres, district heating, parks, farms and area based regeneration. Tim is an RICS APC Chairman/Assessor for both Building Surveying and Project Management panels and runs a private practice providing procurement, project management and business planning advice.
