RICS in Birmingham - Site visit of Three Chamberlain Square

Overview

Join Birmingham Local Professional Association at Three Chamberlain Square, the fourth office building on Birmingham's £1.2 billion Paradise estate.

This will be the last opportunity to visit the construction site before Sir Robert McAlpine reach Practical Completion to gain some insight into this building that is reverential to Birmingham’s heritage, yet stands at the leading edge of inclusive and contemporary workspace design.

Due to the limited number of places this event is for RICS members only.

About the project

Three Chamberlain Square will have 189,000 sq ft of office and other commercial space across ten storeys. A pioneer in sustainability, it is on target to achieve BREEAM Outstanding and NABERS 5*. It has more than 8,000 bespoke terracotta panels, openable windows and an open terrace on the top floor.

Important

All attendees must bring 5 point PPE (Hard hat, High visibility vest or jacket, Steel toe-capped boots, Gloves, Safety goggles). We cannot supply these.
