Course Summary

This course will provide you with the skills to prepare a party wall agreement, and setting out the owners’ rights and responsibilities in relation to how the work should proceed.

You will gain a unique insight into the roles of the Building Owners’ Surveyor, Adjoining Owners’ Surveyor and acting as an Agreed Surveyor, as well as topics such as working hours, special foundations, what happens in case of damage and access for the surveyor during the course of the works.
