Change Management is associated with the effects and management of change; this is a high priority for all organisations, as managing change is important to facilitate successful project implementation.

Overview

This qualification is based on the theory and application of change for the individual, change for the organisation, communication and stakeholder engagement and change management best practice. Once you have passed the Foundation qualification you can progress to the more advanced Practitioner qualification.

There are no pre-requisites for the foundation level of APMG International Change Management™ course. The qualification is aimed at anyone involved in change at any level within an organisation, including;

  • Change leaders (e.g. Senior Responsible Owners.)
  • Change Managers.

  • Organisational Development Managers.
  • Change ‘agents’ (e.g. Business Change Managers.)
  • Change implementers (e.g. Programme / Project Managers.)

End of Course assessment

Both exams must be taken online via remote proctor.

The PRINCE2 Agile Foundation exam is one-hour long, and consists of 50 multiple-choice questions. 28 marks or more are required to pass out of 50 questions - a 55% pass mark. The exam is closed book.

The PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner exam is two-and-a-half hours (150 minues) in duration, with no additional reading time. It is an open book exam (official PRINCE2 Agile guide only) based on objective testing, consisting of 50 questions that are each worth one mark. 30 marks or more are required to pass out of 50 questions - a 60% pass mark.
