RICS Wales Becoming an RICS Fellow (FRICS)

Overview

Being an RICS Fellow (FRICS) demonstrates your individual professional achievements and is an international measure of excellence. It is a mark of distinction: you join a group of professionals who stand out in the eyes of their peers, of business and of the public.

There are three core principles at the heart of being an RICS Fellow:

• acting to further RICS and the profession
• acting for the benefit of a third party to reflect RICS’ public interest mandate
• promoting RICS objectives and the profession.
   

In this face-to-face session, you’ll look at the process of becoming FRICS and the benefits it brings through the personal experiences of RICS Wales Board Members, Emma Woods FRICS and Oisin Fitzpatrick.

This session is aimed at members who already have, or are close to having, at least five years-chartered experience who would like to learn more about the application process and the many benefits that becoming an RICS Fellow can bring.
