RICS Matrics Birmingham: Seminar - Dilapidations Workshop

Overview

The Birmingham Matrics Committee are running an event in conjuncture with DLA Piper and RLB on Wednesday 16th April at the DLA Piper offices.

This event is a deep dive into the topic of Dilapidations and will look at the process from both a solicitors view point and a surveyors.

DLA Piper and RLB are collaborating to provide a session on this topic which we are sure will prove to be insightful and interesting to all who attend.

The event will run as follows so please ensure you arrive in good time for the session to start promptly at 18:00pm:

• 17:30 - 18:00: Arrival and registration 
• 18:00 - 19:00: Dilapidations Session 
• 19:00 - 20:30: Networking with food and drinks
