The regulated member has admitted the following:

“On 24 July 2024, at Folkestone Magistrates’ Court, Lauren Skipper was convicted of driving

whilst under the influence of alcohol, contrary to section 5(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Act 1988

and Schedule 2 to the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988, and was sentenced to:

      i.        disqualification from driving for a period of 18 months, reduced to 13.5 months on satisfactory completion of an approved course,

     ii.        pay a fine of £440,

    iii.        pay costs of £85,

    iv.        pay a victim surcharge of £176.

Lauren Skipper is therefore liable to disciplinary action under RICS Bye-law 5.2.2 (d).

Outcome: Regulatory Compliance Order (RCO)

This requires the Regulated Member to accept a caution, contribute £350 towards the cost of investigation, and agree to publication of a summary of the Order for a period of 12 months.”
