On 05 -08 February 2024 a Disciplinary Panel heard eleven charges against Ms Walker, ten of the charges were found proved. The Disciplinary Panel imposed that Ms Walker be expelled from Membership of RICS.

Ms Walker appealed the Disciplinary decision which was heard by an Appeal Panel on 09 July 2024. The Appeal Panel dismissed Ms Walkers appeal. The Panel also made order to costs in favour of RICS.
