We are pleased to announce the opening of the renovated member lounge at the London headquarters on Great George Street, with the space now available for members to use free of charge.

The transformation of the dedicated members’ space reflects our commitment to being an experience-led organisation, creating spaces that inspire collaboration, connectivity and wellbeing for colleagues, members and visitors to our headquarters.

New features of the member space

Located on the second floor, the new member lounge includes a variety of facilities tailored to meet diverse needs:

  • collaboration zones: open spaces designed for chatting and networking with colleagues and fellow members
  • private booths: suitable for confidential conversations and focused work
  • quiet areas: dedicated spaces for concentration and focus
  • enhanced meeting spaces: more rooms equipped for hybrid collaboration
  • larger meeting rooms, accommodating up to 50 people
  • modern video conferencing: all meeting rooms have Microsoft Teams video conferencing capabilities
  • complimentary refreshments: free tea and coffee available in a café-style seating area
  • accessible WCs
  • contemplation room: a space for reflection and relaxation.
