Technical Apprentice – before you enrol

You are looking to enrol onto the Associate Assessment route to RICS Membership as an Apprentice, this requires you to currently be undertaking a Level 3 Technical Apprenticeship. If this is not applicable to you, please review your eligibility to find the most suitable route.

To complete your application onto the Associate Assessment, you will need the following:

A letter from your college/university confirming you are currently completing a Level 3 Technical Apprenticeship
A copy of your CV
Your counsellor’s membership number or registered email address – click here for further details on the counsellor role. If you don’t have these details, you can notify us of your counsellor up to 10 working days after your application to enrol

This application will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

Please note

When enrolment takes place before 1 October you will pay the current year’s subscription in full and you will then be required to pay the following year’s subscription when this becomes due on 1 January.
When enrolment takes place after 1 October your subscription fee will cover the period from October to December of the current year and all of the following year.
If you are based in Ireland, you will need to gain your professional qualification through SCSI. Once you have obtained this qualification, you may be eligible to apply for RICS membership through the Direct Entry route.

All students and candidates registered with RICS are regulated members and are bound by RICS charter, Bye-laws, regulation, rules of conduct, standards and guidance.
