You have chosen to enrol onto APC structured training, this means you hold or are studying for an RICS accredited degree and have under 10 years relevant working experience.  If this is not applicable to you, please review your eligibility.

To complete your application to enrol onto APC Structured Training, you will need the following information:

  • A copy of your qualification certificate or, if you are still studying, a letter from your university confirming you are currently completing an accredited degree.
  • A copy of your CV
  • Your counsellor’s membership number - click here for further details of the Counsellor role. If you don’t have these details you can notify us of your counsellor up to 10 working days after your application to enrol.
  • A credit/debit card for payment - unless you are on an RICS apprenticeship (England only) or sponsored through the RICS Corporate payment/RISE schemes.

 

If you are applying following completion of an RICS Accredited Placement Year Degree, you will need to complete and submit the Placement year declaration here. You must enrol within 6 months of graduating to be eligible to include your Placement year experience.

This application will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

The enrolment fee covers your candidate registration, Professionalism Module and final assessment.

Please note

  • When enrolment takes place before 1 October you will pay the current year’s subscription in full and you will then be required to pay the following year’s subscription when this becomes due on 1 January.
  • When enrolment takes place after 1 October your subscription fee will cover the period from October to December of the current year and all of the following year.
  • If you are based in Ireland, you will need to gain your professional qualification through SCSI. Once you have obtained this qualification, you may be eligible to apply for RICS membership through the Direct Entry route.

All students and candidates registered with RICS are regulated members and are bound by RICS charter, Bye-laws, regulation, rules of conduct, standards and guidance.
